Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. This is a hospital-employed, outpatient-only opportunity offering a great work-life balance, competitive salary, and an excellent retirement package. Compensation & Incentives:

  • Base salary of $240,000 annually

  • Employer-paid contribution to Nevada Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) – 36.75% of base salary

    • Full vesting after 5 years

  • Health insurance premium 100% covered for the employee

    • Family/spouse/children coverage available with employee contribution

  • $10,000 signing bonus with a 2-year commitment

  • Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement with a 2-year commitment

  • $10,000 housing stipend if purchasing a home in Pershing County (2-year commitment required)

  • Eligible to participate in National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment program

  • No state income tax in Nevada

  • Monday–Friday schedule, with limited phone-only call rotation

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Nevada

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for rural community health
