Pediatrician – Newport & Covington, Kentucky

Compensation & Incentives

Salary Compensation: $280,000 annually (includes base, production, and quality bonuses)

Production Bonus: $40 per encounter starting at 321 encounters per month

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)

Retention Bonus: $8,000 after 2 & 3 years; $8,500 after 5 & 7 years; $9,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $3,000

Loan Repayment: NHSC eligibility
Schedule & Workload

Hours: 36 hours per week — Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:40 PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:50 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:50 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:50 PM

Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily

Production Requirements: 24–30 visits per day

Call Rotation: Backup call only, typically 1 in 5 weeks
