Private practice /Partnership Full time BC/BE ENT Physician with No restrictive Covenant Clause
Come join mature practice, solid referral patterns and business structure. Experience is not an issue -desire to be independent and successful. The ground work is already done. No business experience necessary- desire to work and learn.

Benefits:
Salary 330k plus bonus, expect to be in the top 25% of ENTs in two years.

Honest salary, no first-year loading

NO ER /NO Hospital call- share call of private patients with three other physicians
NO RESTRICTIVE COVENANT CLAUSE – most Florida employers have these and can terminate your employment with 90-day notice preventing you from practicing in the service area for generally 2 years
No State income tax
