BE/BC Gastroenterologist
We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders. The Gastroenterologist will evaluate and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up care. This role will also monitor the progress of patients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Gastroenterologist Duties
- Evaluate and diagnose patients with digestive and gastrointestinal diseases and disorders
- Develop treatment plans and ensure appropriate follow-up care
- Monitor the progress of patients and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Perform endoscopic procedures, such as colonoscopies and sigmoidoscopies
- Administer medications and treatments to patients
- Educate patients and family members about the diagnosis and treatment process
- Keep accurate and detailed patient medical records
- Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Gastroenterologist Qualifications
- Board certification in Gastroenterology
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Active state medical license Florida
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting but will consider new Fellowship candidates
