BE/BC Internal Medicine or Geriatric Physician 

Our client is seeking BE/BC internal Medicine or Geriatric MD/DO to join a growing practice in Winston Salem North Carolina Area.  We  provide care for residents in assisted living, continuing care retirement communities, and rehabilitation/nursing facilities. Rehabilitation and long-term care is our full-time practice focus –so we don’t split time between an outpatient practice and our facility’s needs.  

We provide unmatched continuity of care with regularly scheduled visits onsite. We have a team of triage clinicians available 24/7 to assist our facilities with whatever may arise.  You’ll be part of a team that is eliminating the barriers which keep so many elderly patients from getting the care they deserve.
