Full Time Neurology Physician Job in Southern, OR

NEUROLOGY MEDICAL DIRECTOR IN SOUTHERN OREGON!

Our client is seeking a Neurology Medical Director to join the Neurology Team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Candidates must have BC in Neurology. This position is 90% clinical and 10% administrative. Our general Neurology team consists of three Neurologists and two Advanced Practice Providers. The practice is mainly outpatient with small amount of inpatient work. The Neurology Director will have oversight of two Neurology clinics.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

· Year one: $ 275, 000- 300,000 Annual Base Salary

· Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives up to %16 of base compensation

· Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%

· Medical Director compensation of $31,200 per year

· $50,000 signing bonus

· Up to $15,000 for relocation assistance

· $5,000 Annual CME allowance

· 240 hours (30 days) of paid time off (PTO)
