Psychiatric NP New York

Our client is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable seeing all ages in an outpatient and group setting. The Psychiatric NP is responsible for the promotion of optimal mental
health, prevention and treatment of psychiatric disorders, including medication management.

Educational and Experience:
-Education: Successfully completed an Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Curriculum
– License: New York State license as an Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
– Experience: At least one (1) year of supervised experience providing direct service in a clinical
setting a plus..
– Must have prescriptive authority in the State of New York and a valid DEA license.
