A large FQHC with 35 health systems in Chicagoland is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal MD to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will work in traditional primary care clinic treating a diverse patient population. Our team is committed to providing personalized, affordable, high-quality services in a workplace culture that a work/life balance.

  • 100% Outpatient 
  • Full Time Position 
  • 8am - 5pm 
  • Competitive Salary Range (180k plus 20k sign-on and productivity and quality bonuses)
  • Extended Benefits Package(Health, Dental, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc..) 
  • CME 
  • Relocation

Job Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Illinois Licensed in Good Standing
